How to start a return:
Please email your Order Number to hi@fotorgear.com. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address.

- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We currently do not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
- Fair Play: Returns are not permitted solely for the purpose of reapplying for future promotional deals or discounts.
