This Warranty Policy applies only to products purchased through the official Fotorgear website. If you purchased your product through another sales channel, retailer, distributor, or third-party platform, please contact the original seller directly for after-sales support.

Fotorgear 12 Months Warranty
At Fotorgear, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a Limited 1-Year Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
What is Covered:
- Defects in Materials: Any flaws or imperfections in the materials used to craft the product that may compromise its functionality or structural integrity.
- Defects in Workmanship: Any errors or faults during the manufacturing process, assembly, or craftsmanship that may lead to malfunctions or premature failure within the first year of use.
What is NOT Covered:
- Damage from Misuse: Any damage caused by improper handling, use beyond the product's intended purpose, or failure to follow provided instructions and guidelines.
- User-Caused Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, drops, spills, or other everyday incidents not attributable to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Modifications: Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made to the product by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
- Non-Genuine Products: Only authentic Fotorgear products purchased directly from our official website (www.fotorgear.com) or authorized retailers are eligible for warranty support.
- Normal Wear and Tear: General wear and tear that naturally occurs with the regular, everyday use of the product.
How to Claim Your Warranty:
- Proof of Purchase: To initiate a warranty claim, please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation number from our website, showing that the purchase was made within the last year.
- Warranty Service: In the event of a valid warranty claim within the 1-year period, Fotorgear will, at its discretion, replace the defective component or product with a comparable model.
