Returns & Refund


Delivery

1.Please offer us a exact location when you place your order and please do not  provide the PO Box and APO/FPO address that the courier company will refuse to carry and deliver the package to.

2.Each backer is obligated to contact local express company and custom to make custom clearance and pay for the import tariffs.

Returns

1.We cannot accept your return if your goods are delivered (unless you are willing to pay for your return freight charges), while you can contact us to discuss the issue on return if your order is unfilled.

2.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase;

3.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4.To return your product, you should email us hi@fotorgear.com before mail your product out.

5.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (in the normal use condition).

Duties

Please learn more about the customs policy of your countries. The price doesn't include any duties or fee from customs clearance clearance.

Additional notice about shipping

Your cooperation is essential for our successful order delivery, and please kindly keep your eyes on your shipping process.

 The parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse under these several situations:

 

-You will received our notification email once we receive any notification from our shipping company that your parcel is stuck in the customs due to any custom clearance reasons. The parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse (Usually, it's in Singapore or Hong Kong) if you do not provide us with any necessary information that is required by the customs(such as tax payment) in a timely manner. If you want a reshipment, you may need to pay the additional fees(according to the bill from our shipping company). If you decided not to get the parcel at your own discretion, you may need to carry the burden for return shipping cost(according to the bill from our shipping company). We will refund retail price(not included extra shipping cost if paid when you placed your order) after the deduction of the return shipping cost.

 

-You will received our notification email once we receive any notification from our shipping company that your shipping information is incomplete or incorrect. However, if you do not reply to our inquiry promptly, it will lead to the failure of the parcel delivery. The client may need to carry the burden of the additional cost for re-delivery.

 

-After receiving your goods, if it is not related to product quality problem and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to cover the return shipping cost. Once we received the product in our Hong Kong warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost via Stripe or Paypal.
