This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased through the official Fotorgear website. If you purchased your product through another sales channel, retailer, distributor, or third-party platform, please contact the original seller directly for after-sales support.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fotorgear purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Undamaged
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
Return Policy for Sale Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for items purchased on sale. Only regular-priced items are eligible for return and refund within our specified return window. Returns are not allowed for the purpose of getting a future promotional deal.
As this website serves customers worldwide, we are currently unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels.
For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and pay for return shipping using a carrier of your choice. All international shipping costs are non-refundable.
To help ensure your refund can be processed smoothly, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.
Customs Duties & Taxes on Returns:
For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred when the package re-enters our fulfillment center are the sole responsibility of the customer. These official charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@fotorgear.com or leave your information in the message box at the bottom of this page. Our customer support team will contact you to assist with the return process.
When contacting us, please provide:
- your order number (e.g., #FGXXXX)
- the item(s) you wish to return
- the reason for the return
Once your request has been submitted, our team will review it and provide further return instructions.

Refund
Once your returned item is received at our facility, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will then send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item and notify you of the outcome of the inspection.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately. A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that the exact time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hi@fotorgear.com
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
