Most packages arrive within 7-15 days, though local customs may affect delivery speed.

*Due to postal limitations, some countries require DHL or UPS express shipping.Please note: Duties and taxes are not included and must be paid upon delivery. We cannot refund shipments refused due to unpaid customs fees.

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return:
Please email your Order Number to hi@fotorgear.com. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address.

• Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We currently do not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
