We ship worldwide with FedEx or UPS at a flat-rate, if you have any advice on the declaration, please contact us with your order number.

Please Note: we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping addresses must be provided in English.

The customer is responsible for any custom fees, import duties, or VAT/taxes (written here as “import costs”) that may be imposed by their country’s customs department. By law, we cannot mark packages as a "gift", or declare lower value on the invoice.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days.

Pre-orders / Back-orders

Pre-orders / back-orders will be charged immediately, and shipped as soon as they're available. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order / back-order items will be shipped once all pre-order / back-order items are available. For more information on the expected availability date of the pre-order / back-order items, please review the product description for that product. 

The prices shown on our site do not reflect any import costs and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these charges upon delivery. If the customer refuses to pay for the import costs, FedEx will return the package back to us at the customer’s expense. If a package is returned for this reason, the original and return shipping costs, as well as any other fees that may be billed to us from FedEx or the customs department, will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

For lightweight international packages, we also offer shipping with USPS First Class International for a flat-rate. This service usually delivers packages within 10-25 business days, but it may take longer due to customs clearance, duties, etc. This service provides a tracking number, though tracking information may not be available once the package leaves the U.S. For the latest tracking information, contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. The customer is responsible for any custom fees, import duties, or VAT/taxes (written here as “import costs”) that may be imposed by their country’s customs department. By law, we cannot mark packages as a "gift".

*Attention: Due to the large volume of the Magilight packaging, any international order containing it will be shipped via FedEx/DHL/EMS with rate calculated based on volume/weight of the complete order. To better ensure the security of the package, part of the order will be divided into 2 packages. 

Each international package will be insured with loss/damage coverage

Insurance claims for lost/damaged packages no less than 50 days from the original shipping date.  If you have not received your package by this time, please email us at hi@fotorgear.com and we will gladly help.

We're unable to make any changes to the shipping address or cancel delivery once the package has been picked up by the postal carrier. If your package is in transit and you choose to cancel the order, you can send it back to our office, please contact hi@fotorgear.com for the address . Note: returned/refused packages will incur an additional shipping cost. Also note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the total amount of shipping charges may be higher than what you originally paid.
