Welcome to LITTI. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Shenzhen Fotorgear Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the use of the LITTI software. By downloading, installing, and using LITTI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Introduction
LITTI is an image editing tool that provides a skeuomorphic light table interface. Its core functions include providing a unique image viewing experience, converting ordinary photos to HDR effects, and adding image processing services such as film borders. All image rendering within the application is completed offline on the user's device.
2. Fees and Purchase Rules
Paid Software/In-App Purchases: LITTI offers some or all paid services (subject to the purchase page displayed in the app store). You can complete the payment through the app store's system.
Refund Policy: All purchase transactions are settled through the app store you use (such as the Apple App Store). If you need to request a refund or have questions about your bill, please directly consult the relevant app store's refund policy and submit your application. As the developer, we cannot directly process your refund.
Price Adjustment: We reserve the right to adjust the software price or in-app purchase price in the future. Users who have already made purchases before the price adjustment takes effect will not be affected.
3. User Behavior and Usage Restrictions
When using LITTI, you agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations and agree not to engage in the following activities:
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of the LITTI software or any part thereof (including algorithms, skeuomorphic interface design, etc.).
Renting, leasing, lending, modifying, or distributing this software in any form.
Using this software to process, create, or disseminate any obscene, pornographic, violent, or infringing images that violate laws and regulations (although we do not upload your images, you are solely responsible for the legal consequences of any content generated and disseminated using this tool).
4. Intellectual Property
Software Ownership: All rights, title, and intellectual property rights of LITTI (including but not limited to software code, interface design, interaction logic, icons, and graphics) belong to [Your Company/Developer Name].
User Content Ownership: The intellectual property rights of photos edited and exported by you using LITTI belong entirely to you. You are free to share, publish, or use them for commercial purposes.
5. Disclaimer
Hardware Display Limitations: The HDR effects provided by LITTI rely on the hardware support of your device's screen (such as a screen with high dynamic range display). If viewed on a device that does not support HDR display, the effect may not be fully displayed; this is a physical hardware limitation and not a software defect.
Data Security: While LITTI strives to ensure the stability of the software, you understand and agree that we are not liable for damage or loss of local photos caused by device malfunction, operating system upgrades, or other force majeure events. We recommend that you properly back up the original images before editing important photos.
6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (or the applicable laws of your country/region). In the event of any dispute arising from the use of this software, both parties should attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation; if negotiation fails, you may file a lawsuit in the court with jurisdiction in the developer's location.
