One deposit reserves one Fotorgear Campix Reward. If you would like to reserve multiple Fotorgear Campix units, please purchase the corresponding number of deposits.

Please make sure the email address used for your deposit matches the email address associated with your Kickstarter pledge.
If you use a different email address or Kickstarter account, please contact us at support@fotorgear.com after the campaign launches so our team can verify your deposit manually.

Deposits are fully refundable. If you wish to cancel your reservation, contact us at support@fotorgear.com before campaign ends for a full refund.

If you no longer wish to purchase the product, you may request a refund for your deposit. Simply email support@fotorgear.com from the same email address used to reserve the discount, and we will process your refund within 10 business days.

To ensure a smooth refund process, we match the Kickstarter account email with our pre-order list to verify your deposit. Please make sure the email used for the deposit matches your Kickstarter account email.

How many deposit orders can I place?

The deposit program applies to Fotorgear Campix combo pledges. Each deposit can only be applied once per order. If you wish to purchase two Fotorgear Campix units, you will need to purchase two separate deposits.
