Return Policy

FOTORGEAR guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, refund and replacement can be requested within 30 calendar days of receipt of shipment.To request a refund or to replace a product, please contact our After-sales team.

Conditions for Returns

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Product Condition: Products must be in unused, brand-new, sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Used Items: Any items received in damaged, used, or non-sellable condition will be returned to the buyer at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

All parcels must be accepted in order to open the return request.

International Returns: Please note that international returns for products without quality issues will be at the buyer's expense. We do not provide return labels for such returns.

Return Shipping

Responsibility: For products without quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost for both ends.

Tracking Information: Please provide tracking information by emailing us at hi@fotorgear.com once the parcel is shipped.

Shipment Arrangement: Ensure that the return shipment is arranged door-to-door, including customs clearance, without needing us to take any additional steps & has a tracking number with updates.

Return must be to our address in Hongkong.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that shipping costs for items returned without quality issues will be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing Time: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% may apply to any items returned in an opened condition. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting and restocking returned products.

The aforementioned policy applies to all orders placed on or after August 28, 2025, as determined by the payment date.
